On a time-and-materials or fixed-price basis, from scoping to production: you work directly with the person who models and develops your solution.
I formalize your objectives and constraints, then assess an initial solution using a standard solver. This baseline establishes feasibility and identifies the difficulties in your data.
I match the method to your required solution quality, computation time and budget. Preprocessing, heuristics or decomposition: I add complexity when the results justify it. I mainly develop in Julia/JuMP, Python, Rust or C++.
I build the software around the model: interfaces, tests, deployment and documentation. I validate results with your business teams and prepare your developers and users to maintain and operate the software.
